Insight Focused Neurotherapy (IFNT)

A gentle, neuroscience-informed approach that helps you understand and shift the patterns your brain has learned from stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. Jules is completing her IFNT training, equipping her to support you in creating deep, lasting change from the inside out.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

This approach helps you recognise unhelpful thoughts and patterns, and replace them with healthier beliefs. It’s evidence-based, and empowering, giving you tools to manage anxiety, low mood, stress, and everyday challenges. By learning to shift negative thought cycles.

Person-Centred Therapy

A non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences. You lead the process, and I support you with empathy and guidance. Together, we create a safe environment where you can navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-awareness.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Trauma-informed therapy recognises the impact of past traumatic experiences and prioritises safety, choice, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. Somatic practices are incorporated to support nervous system regulation and awareness. As a trauma-informed therapist, I respect each person’s pace, avoid re-traumatisation, and help clients build stability, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves as they heal.

I loved finding Jules. She is empathetic and gentle, with a sense of humour. The fact that she mentioned a few details of her own healing journey was a massive encouragement to me and helped me to open up. I also appreciate how she explains counselling approaches and asks me whether I’d like to try a specific one. It means I always feel informed and treated like an adult. I would one hundred percent, without reserve, recommend Jules to anyone.

I found the IFnT technique to be amazingly effective. I was able to access areas that I didn’t realise were still underlying and needed addressing. I was surprised how quickly I could flow into the process easily. I felt able to identify, acknowledge and shift deep emotions with ease. Jules helped me to feel safe and was a skillful guide through this process.
